Paolo Castelli S.p.A. designed and produced 70 new check-in counters featuring an innovative design in Corian and aluminum, combining aesthetic appeal with functionality. These stations, conceived to enhance the comfort of the area and streamline boarding operations, are configured to separate the front office from the back office while maintaining seamless interaction between staff and customers.
Technological devices and monitors are discreetly integrated into the structure, ensuring a clean and organized appearance. Special attention has been given to accessibility, with the inclusion of a retractable console designed for individuals with disabilities, providing maximum comfort and safety for all during check-in operations.

Among the project’s challenges were the design and engineering of the counters, which required rapid timelines while adhering to criteria of aesthetics, functionality, and inclusivity. The result is a technologically advanced solution, aesthetically harmonious and perfectly aligned with the needs of the airport environment.
