The capsule collection ‘Oggetti d’autore: Omaggio a Morandi’ was created by Paolo Castelli for Istituzione Bologna Musei – a series of furniture, complements and objects in an open dialogue between art, history, and design. Tugurium is a folding bench that easily adapts to a variety of living solutions, This product is defined by a solid folding structure made of walnut-stained ashwood which is elegantly embellished with metal details in a matt bronzed brass finish. Its seat is upholstered using sand-coloured leather and matching stitching, which evokes the warm neutral palettes of Morandi’s pictorial compositions, thus combining comfort with timeless style.
