Barbados Carnival, often known as Crop Over Competition, is an annual competition held in Barbados to have fun the top of the sugar cane harvest. The 2025 competition is predicted to happen from July twenty fourth to August seventh.
The competition is a vibrant and colourful celebration of Barbadian tradition, that includes music, dance, and meals. The competition has its roots within the 18th century, when enslaved Africans have been allowed to have fun their tradition through the Crop Over competition. Immediately, the competition is a nationwide vacation and one of the standard vacationer sights in Barbados.
