“Venture 2025 Librarians” is a workforce growth initiative launched by the American Library Affiliation (ALA) in 2015. Its goal is to make sure that all librarians have the abilities and information they should meet the challenges of the twenty first century. The challenge is predicated on the assumption that libraries are important to a thriving democracy and that librarians play an important function in making certain that everybody has entry to info and the abilities they want to reach the digital age.
